Great burgers

The shakes from cook out are the best.I will drive a half an hour just to come and get one

Just boycott them so a better and more effective restaurant can do a better job. I hardly ever leave reviews but avoid this place.

So it's been 3 years since I last ate at or reviewed this cook out, thought maybe time would've made them better. I was wrong. The quesadillas are just empty tortillas. What an actual robbery. Cheese fries were decent, not enough cheese in my opinion but still good. Honestly the double cheese burgers are tiny as well. Smaller than mcds so that should say something to them .. went to the drive thru so I can't comment about inside or amen but the drive thru was quick. ‍♀️ Got my order wrong three times. THREE. One right after the other! They do not listen at all.

The staff alone was very disrespectful from laughter in the inside while trying to order. Had a very rude and impatient young lady taking the order I had to repeat myself several times due to whatever reason being that she was not listening or there was too much noise going on in the inside to still have my order. Not fully complete. Charged almost $15 and to get home to see that my order again was not what I asked for the barbecue plate or tray that I was to get The only good thing was the hash yet it was not what I ordered. It had coleslaw heavily on there The bun was soggy so I removed it. The quesadilla that I ordered had no chicken and my fries were okay & yet I probably had a handful of fries. This is my last time going to any cookout nationwide. They're all the same management is never around. If so, they are poor at their job due to the circumstances at hand. The customer service is ridiculous. I will not be attending anyone's cookout. I strongly boycott all CookOuts. I Literally can say I've been to A HANDFUL OF these food chains aka COOK OUT from Florida, of North Carolina cookout & definitely here in South Carolina and a few along the highways crossing other state lines. & Each one has been the same behavior, staffing, an even down to the orders. No more for me ever!

Tolled employees soda machine was not working properly. They did get my drinks from the back but nothing done to machine in dining room
