The food is always good here no complaints there....I don't know if it is under new management or what but the service was definitely horrible. It took 15 minutes for someone to take out beer and appetizer order. We got our beers 15 minutes later and this was at 945 with hardly any customers. Then when we got our appetizer it took another 10 mins just to close out. Service just needs to get better. I understand if it was packed but it wasn't.
Attempted to go in last night at about 12:30 AM. The halfwits that work at this place had left a large floor mat all scrunched up and folded over just inside the entranceway doorway so when I walked in, I didn’t see it and tripped over it, bashing my knees into the floor. What kind of absolute moron does something like that? It’s almost like they deliberately set a trap. Definitely will never be going back to the establishment.
Food was great. We had 3 burgers which was perfect. Sweet potato fries.. and beer. Ritten in stone...tastes like dessert. Daily ipa was very good. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Screens are easy to read, and kid friendly. Been trying to get to this place for awhile..perfect day.
My family and I went to Congregation Ale House on a Tuesday night for food and drinks. The bar was relatively dead. There were a few customers who had already been served. The bar tender was chilling behind the bar, and the waitress was on her phone in the back. When we arrived, no one greeted us, and we seated ourselves at a table in the back. After asking for the menu, the bartender came over with menus, and we asked for a few napkins to wipe up some watery drink rings left on the table. He didn't say a word and came back with a wet cloth to wipe up the table. Despite the slowness of the bar, he seemed inconvienced by our request and acted rudely. When he left, the waitress came over and sat down at the table across from us to take our order. She wasn't rude but more so apathetic. She didn't know what was on Happy Hour, and after taking our order, she sat in the back on her phone again. The drinks came quickly, but one of our food items came out late as if it were forgotten. When the check came, we thought it seemed to be expensive for what was supposed to be happy hour prices. Either the food, which was average, and the drinks were charged at full price or their happy hour prices suck. Honestly, with a lot of competition around this place, I would recommend going elsewhere. Given the number of bars and resteraunts available in the area, I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes under...
Fun little bar with a great drink selection. Great place to catch a game.
Bad Service. Food was so so. The server was horrible - he bearly acknowledged us, except when he was rushing us to order. Never came back after dropping food to offer drink refills or ask how our food was until we asked for the check. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
I am a local and order pretty often here, I typically call ahead and order! It is so often they know who we are and this is one of our favorite local places to eat. Definitely recommend and don't skip the dessert. Some of the staff can be rude when in a rush but for the most part they are amazing! Kid-friendliness: They are amazing with kids and bring them a juice straight to thw table!
The pizza sucks. Tell chef to go pizza school. Horrible.
Good selection of beers. Only had fries but they were tasty and hot! Hint: get a side of the ranch... It's garlicky goodness!
