Really enjoy being a regular here. The management and staff have always been extremely friendly.
While I wouldn't consider this a mid-high end Tex Mex restaurant if your someone who likes a healthy, affordable, and better tasting to say...Taco bell, Then I would definitely recommend.
Only thing I'd change is I think sometimes they need to turn the heat up on the food. Not that it's cold it is just not that sizzling heat you expect.
Delicious food and great service! The smoked cheddar queso is the best I’ve ever had.
We finally got to evacuate asheville and just wanted some tacos and a beer instead of going out to eat we decided to order to the motel. this was probably the most disappointing taco experience I've ever had. Cold, missing ingredients, no salsa but 70000 stale chips.... 6$ for 2 bites of elote. My fiance had 2 tacos with one piece of carne asada. I'm sorry if yall are busy but this was just absolutely not worth the 40$ for 2 tacos each
The tacos are good, but not good enough to be $5+ each
Food and service were awesome, CoCo had great suggestions and everything we tried was delicious!
Our server Coco was amazing! Will be back
Coco is the best and the only reason we return!
First of all... Very nice folks... Delicious food... great location and ambiance... the taco bowl was great. Successful combination of authentic and modern tacos! Golf clap, golf clap... a big pat on the shoulder condado tacos!!!!!!
The chips were overcooked. The street corn dip was too tart for my taste. The margaritas were OK. The tacos were good.
Coco was a great server. Fast service and great food.
My favorite taco place! 100%
I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and, honestly, I was left underwhelmed. I had high hopes but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations.
• Food Quality: The tacos were nothing special—Taco Bell honestly does it better with their combination of soft and hard shells. I also ordered the queso, which was cold and thick, as if it had been sitting out for a while. Thank goodness for the free queso coupon; otherwise, I would’ve been even more disappointed.
• Service: The waitress seemed busy, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly full. She was just doing her job—nothing more, nothing less. As a first-time customer, I didn’t feel especially welcomed or valued. Nobody asked how the food was, and the overall service lacked warmth or attention.
• Drinks: The one highlight of the night was the margarita. It was well-made, and I do give credit to the waitress for that.
Final Verdict: For the price, I expected better. The food just wasn’t great, and I can’t really recommend it based on my experience. If you’re just looking for a good margarita, then maybe—but otherwise, I’d say skip it.
