Great spot. Good food. Friendly staff.
Colleen herself served us and was so wonderful. The food was classic, delicious local restaurant fare done just right. There were even toys for kids! The whole family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Colleen!
Took family there for supper and will not eat there again. Nice quaint place, good entertainment but food wise our 1 piece fish was oozing with grease. Haddock tips were 30 seconds shy from being burnt in the fryer. Fries were soggy in all our meals and they forgot our side dish. On a side note onion rings were good. Nice place, staff but the food was not edible.
If you have never met the owner, Colleen, then you are in for a real treat. The consumate glass full soul who will make you belly laugh. If time permits, have a chat with her as it will be memorable. Observe how she knows everyone as well as cares for everyone. In addition to all of that, the food is great.
Went on Sunday evening, partner had the Salisbury steak, with mushrooms, mashed potatoes, fresh carrots & turnip. I had liver with bacon & onions, baked potato and same fresh veggies. All delicious! Colleen is the sweetest lady, just adore her.
Absolutely Dartmouth’s gem! Love going here!
