Cold Stone Creamery

Got there at 8:42, 18 mins left before close. They locked the doors early. A few more customers showed up right after me and we all waited for them to atleast give us a reason for closing early. No one came, they were smirking. This is absolutely horrible way to run a business. One of the other customers said she was going to be calling corporate. I will be too!

Love this place for the ice cream but their website and sign say they close at 9. We showed up at 8:30 and they were already locked and employees were inside shutting down. They saw us outside and didn’t open for us. This is a management issue. Unfortunately we were here after dinner for my birthday and I was looking forward to a vegan ice cream which the other ice cream shops don’t offer. Too bad for Cold Stone as our business went to Kilwin’s across the street (for my kids anyway).

The pretty girl with the green eyes was so nice and the atmosphere is very nice

Ordered online. They didn't have one of the items I ordered so they asked if I would like to substitute it for another, which I did. Bought these ice cream cupcakes for a birthday. They were very good.
