Take some pride in your business. Over 40 min wait and only two employees on a weekend. Dust all over the walls even with open containers and food prep below. Base boards of restaurant very dirty, grease running down wall above waffle maker, wall paper pealing off. Not a clean facility

Nice atmosphere and the shakes are very Good and the crew are interactive and provided great customer service

Make sure to call ahead before you order online. False advertisement is a thing. Not once but twice now that I have ordered ahead just to drive all the way to the store and be told the flavor I ordered they don't have. With two different flavors... if you don't have it then why is there on the website? And if you're then call the number you ask for to let me know so I have the option to at least change my order...

Tenía 2 años que quería volver a esta heladería, la primera vez quedé sorprendido con la variedad de sabores. Hoy probé un “Apple Pie A La Cole Stone” mediano, en un cono, y me gustó muchísimo. Definitivamente pienso volver a visitar este lugar en mi próximo viaje a KC

Very busy on Friday evenings. Parking is horrible close to it. Recommendation is to park is the outside area Parking and take a short walk through the tunnel to get to it.

When we arrived something was up with the register, so the line was stopped for about 15 minutes upon our arrival. There was no communication as to what was going on or apology from any of the 5 employees. The ice cream was good. Definitely on the expensive side however.
