The young girl with dark hair showed no intrest in helping us. She had horrible customer service. She looked like she hated her job. We won't be back. This was 1pm on July 5th.

Ice cream is delicious and service is quick.

Zero starts for the racism I witnessed on National Ice Cream day. Clearly the possible African American customers did not get a “welcome in”. The female worker who maybe of middle eastern background didn’t ask what they wanted, instead she asked the man on the other side of the store near did he want anything else. The Black customers were next. Rude and disrespectful; I’m white and I noticed it and needed to share this..—-.—-Update—->. Clearly, the owner who responded is not willing to read reviews with an open mind, shows how one sided this business maybe. I’m quite surprised how sarcastic the ending of the response. Carry on.

We come here once in awhile and it’s always good but todays my sons birthday and I’m so disappointed with the handwriting I got for my sons cake. The lady said she does not know how to write in cursive and this is what I got! I have no other choice but to take it like this because I have plans to take him out to SF. I should have just bought candles with happy Birthday on it and would have looked way better than this. I’m sorry but it looks like a kid did it. I also hope it’s good since I seen cakes on there for 50% off that are probably old that’s why they are cheap.

Ordered through DoorDash and was skeptical at first getting ice cream delivered. However, the team packaged it sooo well! Couldn’t get enough of the delicious Banana Caramel Crunch, so I ordered a Love it size, and happy that it travelled well! Can only imagine how great it would be if I got it in the store!

Online the hours state they close at 9:45. I arrived at 930 and the doors were open and people were inside eating ice cream. My daughter and I were in line and I was told they were closed and we had to leave. I said online the hours state 945 but ok. Horrible customer service.

we went a few weeks ago, the two girls working at night were unprofessional. tonight we tried to go, got there at 9:20 and the doors were locked. the store hours say they close at 9:30.

The service was excellent, and the ice cream was the best I've ever had. There was a large line, but the ladies worked through it promptly and with a grin.

We always have great service at cold stone. Very friendly no matter how busy

Chocolate covered cones weren't good like they used to be. Friends marshmellows were stale. Cheesecake flavor had 2 small pieces of strawberry. Won't go there again. Baskin Robbins is better

DON'T GO HERE! RIPOFF. They charged me $8.50 for a SMALL scoop of bad icecream. $6.50 would have been bad enough but they added $2.00 without telling me for 2 add-ons because I asked for "heavy cinnamon and apples" which are the basic ingredients for their apple pie icecream. The icecream tasted like water instead of the creamy texture of Baskin Robbins which is a MUCH better value.

We have always gone to this Cold Stone and never had any issues until today. Two workers were socializing the whole time and chose not to serve my little daughter and I. We waited patiently for a few minutes then walked out since we were not served. We will take our business elsewhere from now on. Very poor/rude customer service.
