Do not recommend ordering a cake here. I ordered a birthday cake online. Had been in the store the day prior to see the cakes in the freezer. Ordered the exact cake I saw in the store for the next week. Ended up with this mess of a cake…looked nothing like online or what I had seen in the store. Circle cake, sliding around in a rectangular box. Had ice in the cake part like ice cream had melted, then refroze. 1mm of frosting placed overtop, which did not cover the ice cream inside, as it had melted through. Broken half cookies on top, with fingerprints in the frosting. I brought the cake back in the store immediately after taking a look at it. Was told by the employee he did not make it, he laughed, said they did not have anymore and did not offer a refund. Brought it home. It was inedible. I called customer service for a refund. It’s now two weeks later. Still no refund. I’ve been told by customer service to dispute it with my bank as corporate needs to release the funds and are not following through. Zero professionalism in store, customer service and no response from cold stone corporate to offer a refund. Poor quality of product. Do not order a cake here.

Like it but way to overpriced.

This is a great place to get ice cream. The shop is located in front of a fountain with plenty of seating in the area with umbrellas for shade, with indoor seating also available. They have wide variety of ice creams to pick from. I got the chocolate covered waffle cone filled with chocolate and vanilla ice cream with shaved chocolate. The portion was huge, it took me half an hour to eat it. The chocolate flavor wasn't very chocolaty but they have dark chocolate also. Lots of different toppings to choose from. Overall would recommend and go again to try different flavors 👍

Friendly staff. Also has elements of a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory inside. But Cold Stone is the focus. A chance for those young and old to become Willy Wonka.

Came in for the first time today at this location and Matthew was very helpful and customer service friendly.

I've gone to this location 8 times since they've opened because I love the Rocky Mountain Chocolate apples. First 4 trips no apples the date kept changing when they would have them. Got an apple today....the owner was covering them in caramel. Said to give him 3 minutes. The apple is the worst apple I've ever had. Brown, soft and the caramel was falling off the apple. Don't waste your money.

Excellent environment. Clean, good energy. Staff is patient and well skilled. Manager is a kind person and takes care of the customers well. Very much enjoy my time here. This is a good find, definitely support them.

Went to check out this new location that opened up a few months ago. Young staff who is learning but is friendly and offers good service. Great ice cream, the Rocky Mount is an added bonus. I see potential for this to be the crown jewel of the Renaissance Center especially during the summer.

Very excited to have a Coldstone near me. Good service and great ice cream. I think one of the employees used to be on the Disney channel!

I came here Saturday afternoon today. 8/26/23 . There were two girls helping my big group of grandkids! They were just lovely so lovely. They were sisters !!! WOW!!! Thank you ladies
