Employees look like they’re absolutely dead inside and the customer service was terrible. Such an unwelcoming location. We were also not given spoons.. Ice cream was completely melted and mush by the time we got home to even use a utensil. What a waste of $25…

One star - far below average Pros Ice cream and ingredients is always good at cold stone. Cons Poor customer service No utensils given so had to wait until ice cream was melted

Great ice cream

Kinda grossed out that the employee isn’t wearing gloves to serve the icecream. As she’s switching out the icecream where it’s stored her knuckles are touching the other icecream with no gloves on. On top of that she served our icecream and prepared our flavor with no gloves. Another customer came in, and the employee stuck her hand in her shirt to fix her bra strap and proceeded to serve the customer. As another customer came in she wiped her hands on her shirt and started serving the icecream. If she’s not required to wear gloves then she shouldn’t be touching parts of herself then continuing to serve icecream, especially with no gloves.

Amazing service and experience!!!

My wife and I ordered online last week for ourselves and my mother in law for pick up. When my wife went to go pick it up and brought it home, first of all the ice cream was soft like it was left out and not stored cold. Then my mother in laws order was totally wrong and but did not notice until she tasted her ice cream and discovered it contained banana and she has a slight allergy. When we called the store and told them about the allergy we can hear them laugh in the background and as far as customer service was concerned we did not receive any. The employee we spoke to on Monday July 31st was not very helpful. We did not appreciate the laughter we heard after informing them of the situation. The employee we spoke to who was suppose to be a manager told us we would receive a call from someone of higher authority and did not receive one. Just very disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of empathy we received from this situation.

Poor staff behavior. Very immature and unprofessional behavior by the teenagers.
