Coffee Connection North Providence

Food and coffee are usually fine, but the reason I rarely ever go here is the customer service. I ordered ahead online, and pulled up to the drive thru window. The girl working the window was pleasant. But the second the window opens, I hear another heavy set woman that works there screaming at the girl working the drive thru window "ITS OVER THERE, THEY CAN COME IN AND GET IT!!!!" Obviously referring to my order. Her tone was cruel, and I felt bad for the other employee. I don't know of the woman yelling was a manager but that's no way to treat another employee and that's just a small snippet, in front of customers. I can only imagine what she's like with no customers around.

Great place, not the workers fault so I won’t leave a negative review the when ordering the food the workers can never hear you properly. The owners make easily enough money to buy them a new intercom

I got a smoothie and it was watered down and couldn’t even taste the fruit. Then I got a buffalo chicken wrap and half way through there was a foot long black hair in my mouth. Disgusting

Place opens at 6 am, I showed up at 615 and sat at the drive thru for 7 minutes and no one took my order, I’m assuming it was because the employees were late because I then watched two employees arrive and walk past me into the back door and say nothing. Had no option but to leave and this was a complete waste of time. Not the first time I have come here where they don’t respect your time and I’ve gotten poor service. Decided to give them another chance but I won’t be doing that again after this.

Love coming to this location coffees are always on point. The people are always friendly and very welcoming. Coffee is never wrong and always delicious. Kid-friendliness: My son Jeremiah loves this place and knows everyone here. Always wants to stop in and say hello to his friends.!

Got coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Very good and reasonable prices. Got to meet the young manager Joey today. He checked with us to see if everything was good. Very friendly and was very nice. He greeted all customers as they ordered and was very thankful to them. Lucky to have him for a manager. After talking with him I feel he has a good head on his shoulders. He should do well in this business. Keep up the good work.

If you’re going to ask us three times what we ordered, twice at the speaker and once at the window, AT LEAST GET THE ORDER RIGHT! Just ordered two bagels with garden veggie cream cheese and both arrived with plain cream cheese and barely cream cheese on it. Get it together @ rude window girl.
