Decent place to fix your sweet tooth, the music does get pretty loud that it's kinda difficult to order, also there's a table next to the counter that makes it feels crowded since you're ordering next to eating people.

i like their soo bong (taiyaki ice cream) and their selection of butterfly teas. soo yummy. you might have to wait a bit though especially on a busy night! id say worth the wait if youre looking for a more unique ice cream cone. as for the butterfly teas id recommend the lychee or the mango

Edit 10/14/24 They seemed impatient and rushing to back to the back. I wasn't even able to fully place my order. This is way different from what I experienced last time. Low key rude. The ice cream treats and smoothies were great. Everyone was super friendly, and I loved the atmosphere ,including the music. Oddly enough, the atmosphere is very versatile. It could make a great date spot, but you could also bring your whole family there and feel comfortable. My only suggestion would be to improve the red bean recipe. It was ok ,but not the best I've tried. I can't wait to come back to try the walnut pastry.

Love the Mango Berry Ice Flakes Delight so good ... multiple layers taste and textures 😀 ...nice owner and inviting atmosphere. Love it 😃

Black sesame bingsu was delicious. Will be back to try other desserts.

Ordered a latte and a hot chocolate. Latte tastes good, but hot chocolate was equally bad, tastes like a powdered mix.

The person who took my order was impolite. They didn't make eye contact when I asked about the menu and weren't helpful at all. I've never been treated so poorly before.

Worst customer service ever. The lady who seems like an owner does not know anything about the customer service. VERY RUDE. I asked a question and she told me “it’s all written up there” without even looking at me. Will never go back.

The best korean traditional desserts and iced coffee drinks. The owner and her family are the nicest and kindest people in the HMART Shopping center!

I loved this place! It's a super cute cafe, and the Bingsu is so good! I think it's the best one I've ever tried in the Carrollton area. I shared the regular size one with my friend and we couldn't even finish it, portions are huge! The staff were super nice too. I totally recommend it if you're looking for some good desserts.

The female manager or owner here is extremely rude. I ordered a drink and sat in front of the counter, but she told me to sit on the other side, so I moved. Then she said she meant I should sit in front of the restroom because I was alone and taking up space meant for larger groups. At that time, there were only two other customers who appeared to be a couple. I ended up throwing away my drink and leaving. This woman is clearly out of her mind.

Nothing negative to say about this place! The ice cream was great, didn't taste watered-down or anything, and the little fish cone thing was delicious. Bathroom was clean, too

Came here two times since somi somi gets full, the first time I came its was ok we got our ice cream and left except there was a weird smell to the place, I noticed but I thought maybe it was a one time thing. I came here a second time yesterday because again somi somi was full, right when I entered a putrid smell of restroom hit my face, I couldn’t stand it, while eating my ice cream it’s like I was tasting the smell of restroom which took away the joy of my ice cream till the point I couldn’t taste the actual flavor. The smell was extremely unpleasant I do not recommend eating here if it is a plumbing issue then idk light up a candle or hook up a fan with fabreeze or something, because this is not fair nor sanitary to the customers dinning in or the employees that are on the job. I will not be returning.
