Very disappointed in customer service. No one answers the grand street locations phone. I’ve left multiple messages and moved close by 2 years ago and have tried now to place an order via phone 3x to no avail. Definitely lost my business.

Hands down the best hot drinks on a cold day at nearby Liberty State Park. We had delicious hot chocolate, chai latte, and chai hot cocoa . Rich, creamy and not too sweet.

Quaint little place, great service and the lemon raspberry cake was amazing!

Cute bakery with friendly staff. Great cookies and cake truffles. Their cupcakes, to me, are not the best but it’s a great local place to grab a box of treats as a hostess gift. They are more of a take out place, with only 1 table outside to sit and eat.

The cakes from Cocoa Bakery are phenomenal. Moist cakes and smooth, rich buttercream. Delicious! I've also gotten cookies, truffle cakes, cupcakes. Everything is made with care. The quality is exceptional.

Seems like this was their first day in business. So disorganized, was asked if I wanted a croissant warmed but then it was just cold when I got it. Latte, was just milk with a splash of coffee. I would not come back to this place given the disorganization. It’s mind boggling to get such a different experience in store given the positive reviews.

My go to spot for gluten-free cupcakes, it’s beyond delicious!! Must visit!
