You know this location is shady when they force you to tip 10% 15% 20% and disable the no tip and custom options on the terminal. You either tip, or pay cash so they can dodge tax.

I love bubble tea, however it didn't taste right. I bought a lychee yakult with coconut jelly which was almost eleven dollars. The employees were rude and it took them half a hour to make it. It took them 30 minutes and the drink tasted horrible. There was one piece of lemon and there wasn't even any coconut jelly. I wouldn't recommend.

I haven’t visited this location…I’m pleasantly surprised. My go to order is a roasted milk tea 30%less sugar and they delivered P.S. Thank you for letting me try the pudding for the first time. Definitely will try again.

solid place. solid bubble tea. service can be a little slow sometimes, but it’s probably because it can be quite busy with only two workers.

Love their bubble tea! The guy there was also very nice and explained their drinks so well. Love their QQ topping especially.

Terrible experience. I ordered 5 drinks and they ran out of trays but refused to give me a bag. I asked her how I was supposed to carry out the drinks without a bag or a tray and she told me to carry the drinks out one by one…. Is it the customers fault for the business to not be stocked with trays for customers to carry out their drinks?? A business should be fully stocked for their customers and if they aren’t, they should have an alternative solution that is not to the cost of the customer especially if they are buying 5 Large drinks. Train your employees better.

I love Coco, the food. However, I were very disappointed with the service in this location. the behavior of your staff (the gril work on Saturday afternoon) was far from satisfactory, she extremely redue, and unwelcome the customers.
