Coco di Mama - Pasta Kitchen - Richmond

Ordered via uber eats. Food arrived well packaged and hot. Bolognaise was lovely- could've used more meat. Pasta was well cooked and salt was fine. The carbonara was nice too but a little less seasoned. Garlic cheese bread was a little cold but tasted nice. Dessert was Amazing. 3 courses for £15 is pretty good too. Not sure about previous reviews, our exp was really good!

Well let's start with my first experience at COCO DI MAMA RICHMOND, I placed an order for an extra £32.77 on UberEats order #49D03, and my experience was pitiful, the bolognese I ordered was not only cold, the pasta was hard, the food tasted of nothing, there was no salt, there was no seasoning, I also asked for extra cheese and I paid for it but it didn't come. The second course carbonara with ham was burnt and sour, with no sauce, very liquid sauce, burnt and hard pasta, no seasoning and no salt. The Arancinni was the only one that was reasonable, but still sour inside, I don't understand what's happening to this restaurant. For dessert I ordered a piece of vegan cake, very sweet, and it came completely crushed from a container. My conclusion, terrible, horrible, more than £30 for such bad food does not deserve any stars, I ate lightly and discarded unfortunately we forgot to take pictures to prove it, I hope I do not get a food poison, if that happens I will have to make a complaint to the EHO. Update.....i never did order again and it seems this company does not care about its reputation . The reviews are still awful and 2 stars is quite hard to maintain !!! Very small amount of meat in the large pots being delivered . Called to speak to a manager and waited ,then they put the phone down. I will not be ordering again Maria .

Order came, but was missing chicken and tomatoes on two separate dishes. Disappointed!

The worst pasta you will find in London

Ordered two large pots. Pasta with chicken which contained only pasta (not enough) and one single piece of chicken. Ordered bolognese too. Same story. Won’t order again.

Bought 3 Grande pots.of pasta today. Usually they are very good. Ioened two to find them only 3/4 full. If you haven't got enough pasta, don't charge for a Grande pot.
