Avoid ordering from this place. Missing half the order. The food took a long time to arrive and when it did it was all cold. What did arrive was undercooked, and not edible. Missing extra toppings, and the sides. They don’t answer the phone to contact. When you eventually do get through, the staff member is extremely rude on the phone and don’t offer any help and accuse you. Would rate 0 if I could.

READ BEFORE ORDERING CARDIFF: I ordered £42 worth of food from here for my family as it seemed very appealing and Italian take outs our always a win. After an hour the food arrived by Uber and once inside there were multiple items missing, which had halved the order. The food was cold and the desert (one of minority items actually arrived) was beginning to sog. I phoned the Uber driver but his phone was off. Then phoned the shop for over 15 minutes. Once answered the staff on the phone was extremely rude and attacking, he passed the blame onto Uber and wasn’t apologetic about it. Refused us any sort of refund, then suggesting we were lying by stating “I personally pack the food myself and I know it was definitely there” in other words ‘you have paid my business and I don’t care further to speak with you’ the customer care is garbage and I would advice not to eat from here. The price is insulting considering they can not even complete the process of a food order never mind ensure that customers are getting what they pay for.

Amazing pasta!!!! Very tasty and superb service. Ordered from them numerous times now and the food is really good every time. Highly recommended

AVOID! Ordered a vegan lentil ragu and received the bolognese beef pasta.

Got my order completely wrong. Ordered a mushroom pasta and got the beef one. Really disappointed, especially as I’m vegetarian. Garlic bread was also missing from the order.

Acknowledged my order and chose not to deliver it. Waited an hour and a half, it was marked as out for delivery on Deliveroo and then delivered twenty mins after that apparently. On the plus side, invisible ghost food is great for calorie control

Every time we’ve ordered from Coco di Mama it’s been fantastic! Great portion sizes, delicious home cooked food and such a reasonable price! Would highly recommend the brownies! So gooey! 10/10 definitely coming back soon!

Me and my friend ordered from here. I'm a celiac so I ordered gluten free beef ragu pasta and my friend ordered normal mushroom pasta. They put the gluten free pasta into the mushroom sauce and we were unable to swap because of my dietary requirements.
