The Manager was very rude to for bringing my service dog in. She demanded him to wear a jacket when the law states he does not have to. I was very questioned in a rude manner.
The waiter did not write down our order, and this led to the fact that one dish and juice were not brought.
I have had unpleasant experience here, didn’t really like the coffee, overpriced, and poor customer service. Not welcoming people.
Great coffee shop in downtown Arlington Heights with exceptional coffee and food.
Very pleasant cafe. There is outdoor seating when it is warm. I have gotten many drinks and enjoyed them all. I like the lavender latte and the espresso tonic particularly. The food is good. I have not tried the pastries. It is open late as a bar and the mixed drinks are also good. The espresso martini is a good starting drink. It can get busy so keep that in mind while planning. There is street parking and you can also park in the garage a block away.
Prices are a bit expensive, and coffee was mid. The croissant was good. The place gets really busy, so it's kind of hard to find a spot to sit. Otherwise, the decor is really cute, and the vibes are great. Felt vintage and fancy. The staff is friendly and welcoming
