Coco Asian Cuisine Restaurant

I love everything here, but the Pad See Ew is missing something. All the Curry dishes I have tried are incredible though. Vegetarian options: Papaya Salad was delicious.

Great service and tasty Malaysian food. Portion sizes are good and reasonable pricing. Parking is not limited to the two spaces you see in front of restaurant. Plenty of parking in the back for the few store fronts at the area. Recommended if in the Edison, NJ area and have a craving for some southeastern Asian cuisine.

I was treated like a theft today after spending a decent amount of money there. I called in a take out order and went to pick it up. I paid, asked to use the bathroom and left the food by the register. When I came out of the bathroom, the staff I paid with told me my food was by the register and to take it. So I took it and left the restaurant and was chased by another waitress asking me if the food is mine. I checked and it was mine. I showed her the credit card receipt that matched the amount on the receipt that was stapled to the bag and that was not sufficient for her. She kept asking for my name which they never asked for when I placed the order. I finally told her a name and she went back in. No apology, no acknowledgment of the situation. Can’t believe they would treat a paying customer like this

Good food and servers are all nice and accommodating. I used to see these people work in Penang Edison where was one of my favorite restaurant for a long time. Coco's Prawn Mee (Shrimp noodle) is the best I have ever had and this is my favorite dish in "Malaysian Cuisine"!? I am not sure if it is from Malaysia but it is very tasty. other dishes are also great such as Hainan Chicken, curry beef stew, golden egg plant etc..

I've passed by this place a few times on my way to Hmart but never tried it until recently. Now I know I've been missing out! The only other Malaysian & Thai restaurant I've been to in this area is Penang near Kam Man market, and I have to say the food and service here at Coco was much better! The Beef Rendang, Chicken Satay, and Roti Canai were excellent staple dishes, but the highlights for me were actually the House Special Seafood Tofu and the Salt & Pepper Pork Chop. I would highly recommend giving this place a try! (Also, I appreciated the ample parking in the back)

Enjoyed first lunch of Chinese new year. Ye sang / yusheng was freshly made with vegetables.

The food is authentic and delicious. The hospitality of the staff is genuinely kind, knowledgeable and their desire is to have the customers a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially on cold winter nights. Vegetarian options: Papaya salad, textual pleasing and deliciously spicy.
