Cocktail

I attended a private function here. For a cocktail bar the cocktails are shocking, very diluted and over priced. All drinks here appear to be bottled, nothing on draft. Whilst I was there they ran out of bottled beer, mint for the mojitos, and tequila rosè. A member of staff went out to the shop and came back with more tequila. Another thing a few of us noticed when buying a round was that you could be buying the same round but the price would differ ‍♀️. There were two female bar staff on, one seemed lovely but the other clearly didn't want to be there. The toilets were dingy and none of the toilet cubicles had locks on. The venue itself has a boujee vibe when you walk in and looks quite smart. Overall we did have a great night as we were in great company which is why I gave 5 ⭐ for atmosphere but I wouldn't choose to have a function here in the future or even attend for drinks on a night out.

What a shocking disgraceful filthy poorly run place. Booked this for my daughters 30th They ran out of beer at 9am eventually went out to get a further 48 bottles half an hour later, leaving one girl behind the bar. Totally irresponsible. With a different crowd this could have turned nasty. My husband stepped in to clean the glasses whilst I collected them of the tables. Had to wipe down the tables to put the buffet on and they weren’t just dirty they were black. No locks on any of the toilet doors. No hot water. No hand dryers working. Men’s toilet had no working stall. One girl injured her chin, no plasters in first aid box. I will be reporting this club to the licensing department at the council as my daughter has asked for some recompense but has basically been told she was lucky they went out for more beer. Do not go near this place!!!!! I’ve had to give it one star to post a review but it’d be minus 100 if I could. Absolutely disgusting

This place is one of my favourites to visit on a night out. Customer service is excellent and they always make you feel so welcome. The drinks are so good and always look fantastic too! Overall a 10/10 every time.

Absolute hole of a place! Stay well clear! Toilets not working, hand driers not working, overpriced supermarket beer that they ran out of, then had to get the club card out and go and get more! Totally under staffed to the point party hosts had to collect and wash glasses! The alley opposite was also cleaner! If I could give -0 stars I would! If they don’t refund the hosts they should be done for theft! Don’t be fooled by the good reviews, as some are staff and the last 5 star reviews are all the same person!

Visited here at the weekend for the first time and was not disappointed. Great vibes, the staff are amazing and the drinks tasted and looked amazing. Such a lovely bar in the middle of Warrington. Will definitely be back!

I was invited to this venue for a friends birthday party, on arrival the member of staff behind the bar was great, super friendly. I commented saying “oh, I hope there’s some more of you for this evening as it’s going to be a busy one”. There was only one other person working that evening. 2 in total for a venue which has the potential capacity of a lot of people. The ladies toilets were dirty, one was totally out of order & the other two remaining ones didn’t have locks. Replenishing toilet paper & cleaning whilst there is an event in progress is a general practice of all hospitality venues, this did not happen. The venue ran out of bottled beer & prosecco. I understand it is a cocktail bar, but if there is an event, you should ensure that the bar is well stocked, anticipate that there would be an increased demand for drinks & that all items advertised are readily available. This is both common sense & good operational practice. Again, I want to reiterate that the staff were lovely, but operationally the venue could do a lot better. The potential for this venue is incredible but on this visit it just wasn’t there, and it probably won’t be unless these major, simple, operational changes are in place.

Attended a party on Saturday. I felt very sorry for Grace who's birthday it was. The venue is in a bad state of repair. Broken toilets, hand dryers, taps. Bar area was filthy as well as tables. They ran out of beer at 9pm then left 1 barmaid on to go and get some beer from Asda (I assume) very irresponsible. The wait was 30 mins plus at the bar..... The family ended up collecting glasses and going behind the bar to wash glasses. Load and unload the dishwasher...... Not fit for purpose....

5 out of 5 is not enough stars! What an incredible team and delightful cocktails. such a great place to go for drinks or a party. i have attended a few and it's been brilliant!
