I live in Portland, OR. I’m a die-hard foodie and a bit of a snob about quality. The maitake mushroom taco is quite simply one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I will be back.

Clean and modern restaurant, servers were all friendly and helpful. If you have any questions about the menu, just ask! I got the lamb taco and the fish taco, and both were incredible. These are not your average tacos, they are truly carefully crafted bites with a lot of thought and effort put into the balance of flavors. Spokane is lucky to have such a wonderful restaurant! My only complaint is that on the lamb taco, I couldn’t find any asparagus for the life of me. If it’s not an ingredient on that taco anymore, or if the restaurant is out of some ingredients, I would have appreciated being told before purchase, that’s all. Highly recommend eating here before you leave Spokane! Very unique food made with great skill, that you won’t find anywhere else!

Servers were polite and respectful but if you’re looking for Mexican it’s not here.

Llegamos a este restaurante después de un evento mi hija esposo y yo honestamente esperaba algo mejor por que a mi esposo se lo avían recomendado que era un lugar muy bueno. Llegamos y lo primero raro fue que teníamos que agarrar de los menús para llevar para hacer nuestra orden y bueno fui a tomar unos al checar el menú noté que tenían agua de orchata y sin dudarlo la ordené junto con 3 tacos de carne asada mi hija ordenó una soda y nachos de asada y mi esposo una bebida y 3 tacos de diferentes carnes cabe notar que no puedes tomar mesa hasta que ordenas y pagas ! Antes de sentarlos nos dieron nuestras bebidas mi orchata estaba en una vaso como para bebida alcohólica y sin popote y que les cuento cuando la prove estaba malísima sabía como a nuez moscada no a canela y sabía también como que ya estaba preparada de muchos días mis tacos traían una salsa como de tomates de lata revuelto con elote cilantro y otras cosa que no se que era por cierto estaban fríos y un queso que tenía que ser cotija pero estaba suave y sabía muy diferente lo único que tengo que decir es que la carne estaba buena y muy suave, los nachos de mi hija eran una broma en serio muchos chips un poco de queso derretido y por lo menos 7 cachos de carne eso es todo no frijoles crema guacamole y todo lo que regularmente llevan los nachos mi esposo comió lo suyo sin decir nada pero definitivamente todos estábamos en desacuerdo si ocupas popotes agua o tenedor tienes que buscarlos por ti mismo que clase de servicio es ese honestamente no lo recomiendo y no volveré amenos que el servicio mejore !

Expensive and not good. This place ain’t it. Only menu item worth it was the torta. It’s not Mexican, it’s more American bistro and Mexican fusion.

It was food. That’s about it. Pay at the counter, get your own water, and pay for chips and salsa. $4-$6 a taco. The margarita was good. Edit to add: Thank you for reaching out. Not attacking, just leaving our opinions. There are plenty of great reviews, and what seems to be lots of happy patrons. I hope others will give this place a try, but be sure to space out your reviews should you and your friends decide to leave one.
