My partner and I attended the club on New Year's Eve in anticipation of celebrating before my radiation treatment. Despite an enjoyable start to the evening, an incident occurred where a bartender inadvertently spilled a tray of shots on my partner without offering an apology. Nevertheless, we endeavored to continue enjoying our night. When it came time to depart, I approached the jacket attendant with both tickets and a photo, expecting to retrieve our belongings. The attendant located my jacket but informed me that my fiancé's jacket had been mistakenly given away due to her own admission of having consumed alcohol and seeking assistance with jacket retrieval. Expressing urgency due to the presence of our car keys in the misplaced jacket, vital for our journey back to Toronto for my treatment, I requested immediate assistance from the manager or permission to search for the jacket myself. Despite assurances from the attendant, no resolution was provided for over 30 minutes, during which time I was tackled by a security guard upon entering the jacket area, unable to vocally protest due to recent vocal surgery. After 45 minutes, a manager named Sarah finally intervened, acknowledging the mishandling of the jacket situation and advising us to contact her the following day for assistance with helping us get back in the city for my treatment. Despite repeated attempts to reach Sarah with the # she provided me with and the club through various channels, including calls, texts, and emails, no response was EVER RECIEVED. Consequently, we incurred additional expenses for an extra night's stay at our hotel due to the presence of our DOBERMAN was with us, as well as the cost of transportation back to Toronto without my fiancé's jacket. January 1st 2024 was very cold. We were compelled to undertake further travel to retrieve spare keys and return to Niagara to relocate our car, all to ensure I could attend my cancer treatment punctually. The club's negligence in allowing intoxicated staff to handle jacket retrieval and subsequently misplacing a valuable item not only resulted in a HUGE financial loss but also caused significant inconvenience and distress RIGHT BEFORE MY TREATMENT. Despite our efforts to seek resolution, the club failed to acknowledge our inquiries or provide any assistance in locating the missing jacket. I STRONGLYURECOMMEND PLEASE DO VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Avoid this establishment. The small statured security man lacks respect of Parton's. All 5 foot 1 of him.

Reserved a VIP booth for a night out with the boys. Bottle service was fast and the girls were beautiful Next time we are in the area, we know where to go!!!

Went to Club seven for a friend's birthday to be completely ripped off. Spent $400 for bottle service to our "VIP booth" which was just a roped off table against the wall on the dance floor. Was given the wrong bottle of booze and charged $195 after the fact, came back to our table to try and charge us another $200 for God knows what. Server was not very helpful in this regard, we were given another $30 dollar bottle of booze for an "apology" that we had no time to finish. I do understand the inflation of going to Niagra but I was expecting more for my money. Very dissapointing and terrible experience.

Our night was amazing we got to celebrate my sisters birthday no issues all fun amazing service !! But I want to bring light to something so important I left my purse there that night ! Jan 27th all my I.d and my money 600 dollars to be excat was left in my purse yes I know very irresponsible on my behalf but on their behalf I got every dollar back down to all my change !!! This is literally unbelievable ! To say I am so grateful is understatement no club I have ever been to have I heard of this being done thank god for the true honesty of the staff and owner for this !! Great place to have a have fun and great place to feel safe !! Thanks you Club seven

Absolutely love club se7en for a fun night out! Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating, they’ve even returned things that I’ve left there. Both levels of the club have great music and atmosphere though each level has its own vibe. Definitely worth checking out if you want a night to let loose!
