Great place, amazing staff, manager is very kind, service is perfect. I do not work here. I just enjoyed the place.

Nice environment but service issues. Never brought water even though requested. Never brought napkins and we had to ask another server. Never cleared our table as it got full with dishes and another server had to. Ran out of pita for dips and took 20 mins to get more but we were already done eating. Asked the server for the rest of the pita and French fries to go then he never brought them back. Food was great other than halloumi was cold. Prices were too high for quantity. Nice environment. Rating in 2019: I really liked the look they are going for inside and out. But the service, cleanliness and quality of food and drink were lacking. Would be amazing place if they improved on those things because the look and feel is great...Dubai-ish.

I discovered Cloud Lounge by accident through IG. We reserved for the last iftar meal of Ramadan and what an amazing experience! I wish I’d known about it sooner. The food is by far the BEST Lebanese food I’ve had in the DMV. Everything was fresh and tasted home cooked, the fatoush was perfect ♥️ We wrapped it up with delicious desserts and a nice pot of green mint tea. Thank you for the delicious food, the wonderful ambiance, and the excellent service! We’re definitely coming back; can’t wait for the summer tent! Hoda
