We stopped by today for a late lunch and had an exceptional experience. Deb had the ribeye and I had the french onion soup and the junior Ceasars salad - all of which was great. Our service was also outstanding.

Best perch! Kid-friendliness: My children enjoyed their meals. My four year old claimed the grilled cheese was the best ever!

So, I was starving when I made my visit to Clementines. Hunger does something to you. I forgot to take pictures. But Clementines sure doesn't disappoint! What's boring about Clementines is that they've had the same menu for the past 10 years. Change it up a little bit! But they have some really good stuff here! For instance, tonight, I had the olive burger with some potato skins and broccoli. They accidentally sent me fries instead of broccoli. Now, I can't eat fries, so those went to waste. I was able to eat one without choking on it, and it was decent. The burger. Oh man. A pile of happiness all on one plate! It was huge, took me almost half an hour to eat it. The broccoli was good, and the potato skins were delicious. I'm not sure what kind of weirdo eats potato skins with ranch, but I would have preferred a second sour cream. In the past, I've had other sandwiches, burgers, and they have this unique dish that is a shrimp alfredo with a salsa alfredo sauce. If you want something different, you've GOT to try that! I almost ordered it this time, but I needed to conserve a little cash so I went a little cheaper. Clementines is a great place to eat, great food, comfortable dining room, friendly service. When in South Haven you must eat here at least once. This is an absolutely beautiful historic restaurant.
