Cleaver and Cocktail will expand upon the best elements of what chefs Marc Del Pietro and Brian Doherty have done so well at The Block for a decade—delicious, meat forward, locally sourced meals. The menu will consist of various meat and fish options, including a selection of high-quality steaks, dry aged in-house and in view of visitors as they enter the building. A glass wall behind the hostess stand will give visitors a window into the dry aging process and use racks of meat to make a bold visual statement. Look out for the exact opening date and menu, to be announced in the coming months.
