We always use these guys..excellent service, outstanding food..Best in Staffordshire, well done guys

2 x Lamb Kebabs with salad on cheese, keema and garlic naan I have been a long serving customer living outside of Newcastle and drive to collect. The staff are very friendly, helpful and deliver excellent customer service. The lamb is cooked fresh and the naan bread is particularly tasty as it is freshly oven baked (hence the name of their establishment). I will always recommend the Clay Oven and in the years I have been going, there has never been anything negative I can say.

Food delivered hot and quick...items missed off but biggy...bit the Nans seem different...more like a thin manufacturer nan not the usual think hand made ones...shame really...tome.to try somewhere new

It's ok if yuu get the full order that you ordered but ordered twice and got the wrong order so disappointking benefit of the doubt ordered again forgot our garlic bread and tried to blame it on us discussing garlic bread received 20 mins later there error

Ordered the 3 pizzas for 2 meal and got charged for all three. When called about the inconvenience we were told that it was not their problem, shocking customer service and foul language!

Order the buy 2 pizzas get one for free whenever I feel like it and it always hits, best pizza place in Stoke for me

Best Donner meat I've ever had and the chicken kebab is so fresh and juicy, love that they use traditional methods and not on the hot grill. Staff so friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We ordered two chicken kebabs and the orders came totally wrong, incorrect salad, incorrect sauce, missing ingredients and we had chicken tikka on one instead of normal chicken. We called up after they had been delivered to dispute this and ask for a new delivery and they actually tried to argue with us over the phone. Saying that we had ordered incorrectly and it was our fault. They eventually agreed to send us a new order out but said they wanted to take the two old kebabs back? Absolutely dreadful service and a very bad attitude from the man we spoke to over the phone. 100% will not be returning due to their terrible attitude and poor customer service.
