I had the pleasure of experiencing top-tier service from Shakay at City Works. From the moment we sat down , Shakay greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, she was on point like the number 2 pencil! Not only was Shakay attentive to my needs, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. (& might I add, I had 2 very energetic children with me) Her ability to accommodate me for the substitution of a specific food item was very much appreciated, and she offered insightful recommendations that exceeded my expectations. Shakay's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made me feel valued as a guest. I’m staying all facts! Throughout my meal, Shakay checked in regularly to ensure that everything was to my liking, and her friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced my overall enjoyment. Her professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service are truly commendable. I also had very friendly encounters with Lashelle, Desiree who were so friendly & very professional!
