City Market Bistro opened it’s doors on February 17, 2021, on Canal St. in the Historic District of New Smyrna Beach, FL. We are Chef-owned and operated by Chef Scott Krause with the help of his friendly staff. Our mission is to keep it simply traditional and provide our guests with meals made from scratch by the Chef himself. We don’t claim to have reinvented the wheel by any means, but we do claim to put our love and energy into everything we make here!
