We take pride in sourcing the highest quality cuts of meats and produce and partner with a local captain to provide the freshest seafood available. Our seafood dishes are always fresh, never frozen, and come directly from our Captain's boat to our kitchen. The fresh ingredients are then handed over to Chef Vaughn to create the culinary masterpieces featured on our menus and daily specials.
