Typically, we've had a good experience with the location here in Avon ohio. But several weeks ago now,we ordered meals for our family of 4. The order had a few food items missing,wrong drink sizes,and all the breads were wrong. So I called when my husband arrived home. A manager answered. I explained the situation and asked if they'd correct it. He informed they were closed,but he knew were regulars so he offered a $50 gift certificate. I was so grateful. Since then (again several weeks ago) I've spoken to Zack the head over the store. I told him what had happened and that we never got our certificate. He seemed completely unaware of this situation, and upset that the offer had been made to us. He took my name and gave me his number. Said he'd send the certificate to my city BBQ rewards app. Still to this day,no $. No offer to at least replace the missing items and drink sizes. Nothing. This is not the way to do business. He was rude when I even got to speak to him. Very disappointed.

Kentucky by hwy 18. First time at a cbbq. We dined in and ordered in. Thought we would try mother load sampler. $85.00. When it arrived it was cold and chicken was bloody at bone. All sides were cold.. they did refund our money but here's the thing... you HAVE to serve food at a minimum of 140 degrees I think. I asked manager if anyone had a thermometer. No one did. Pretty sure that could be a health dept. issue. Never again to city bbq

City BBQ in Reynoldsburg, Ohio I work for Cherry blossom senior living and we had a large order of more than $100 for our residents’ lunch. I drove over to pick it up and waited curbside for more than 10mins. When they finally came out I questioned whether all of my order was there. And they assured me that it was. When I got back I was missing a lot of food. So, I called them and then had to drive back to pick it up again. I asked to talk to the manager and it was the GM. I told him what I was missing and he said “Oh I know I packed it.” He was rude and condescending and didn’t do so much as to apologize for my trouble. On top of that, the food was disappointing. Brisket was fatty and tough and the buns were greasy and black. We will not be bringing our business to City BBQ again.

What a nightmare. Asked to be connected to a store. Because I get bad info from the call center. I told the rep to connect me to the store. Nope he connected me to another rep. So I hung up. So what did they do. “They called me!!!!” What hell is wrong with this company. Get rid of your stupid call center. It’s a nightmare!!!!

BEaWARE!!! In Nov of 23, i placed a online order to 1 of your local City BBQ's. I used my personal bank card to place the order. Money was taken out of my account as if I had made a purchase from City BBQ. When I got to the location they stated that no order had been placed from me. So i checked my bank and sure enough, a payment was made to you but I didn't receive any of my meals. I had called City BBQ's corporate office and spoke with some RUDE lady and she basically disregarded my situation and didn't even bother to try to help get to the bottom of it.. As of today my banking institution has contacted me and let me know that you did in fact take my money! Now had I not made an educated move into looking further into this situation, you would've gotten away with just taking my money. This is unacceptable on so many levels. Like I just stated in my email, you guys just lost a valuable customer that was shopping weekly at your business. I will not stop sharing my story with other consumers about how nonchalant and unprofessional this entire situation has been on your part! Do Better!!!

Ordered on website a simple two meats. Smoked Turkey and three Rib bones, with a side of collard greens and corn bread. After arriving home, I had smoked turkey and beef brisket.. Contacted the store and for what, to tell me nothing they can do, because it was ordered on the website. Seriously, all I wanted was my three rib bones. That's it, that's what I paid for. Unbelievable!! The order ticket states exactly what I ordered. . However, they have the ticket explaining what I ordered.

Calling customer service is like pulling teeth. They never give a solution and have given me every reason to not put in our large orders for our company. Terrible Terrible customer service
