City Arms

A tradition simple pub selling good Brains beers, guest ales and a large choice of the usual lagers and Guinness. Very busy on Match days and events in the Stadium opposite. Worth a visit for beer choice and good prices for city centre. Friendly helpful boss and staff, well worth a visit (though on match and events days in the Stadium you might not get near!!)

Fun fact: Pigeons are able to produce milk (crop milk), this milk is high in protein and antioxidants but has the texture of cottage cheese. The roller coaster of emotion from reading that fact just summarises what I feel about this pub whenever I step in. Would come back here for cheap drinks but I think the picture here captures the vibe that you can almost smell it, it’s an amazing pub.

Great traditional pub to watch the football or enjoy a pre-match pint beside the Millennium stadium. Brains beer, good service and a jukebox.
