Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas

First time at this movie theatre and it was a great experience! When you walk in, it doesn't even feel like your going to the movies. They even have a covered garage for parking. The lobby is beautiful! We saw an amazing movie and ordered some snacks. A very cool experience where you can press your button and get refills on your popcorn. The pretzel sticks were amazing!! I had a great time, and I would go back here again for sure.

I have been here many times. This place has good service, food, and movie selections. I need to give my compliments to the server, his name is Carlos, he was very nice and friendly, he is definitely one of the best servers in this place. Try to be at least 15 min before your movie starts. That way, you have time to order what you want to eat and drink.

My family and I have been going to Hamlin for a few years now and we have always had a great time. But I was disappointed this last time I went, everything looked dirty. When we got to our seats the chair and the glass table was dirty. It was clearly not cleaned after the viewing before us. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Would of been amazing! If the ceiling didn’t fall mid movie and we didn’t have to breathe in the chemical air.

El servicio la última que fui con mi hijo el servicio fue deficiente , ordenamos las cotufas sin mantequilla y las trajeron con mantequilla, luego regresó otro chico con una sola cotufa y se la dio a mi hijo, supuse que ya traían la mía, pero esperé y nada, volví a llamar y llegó otro server y no tenía idea, le volví a decir “no butter please”, y finalmente después esperar tanto , me la trajo otro server , con mantequilla y frías ! No hay buen servicio y evidentemente no hay comunicación entre ellos, y la sala estaba sola!

Lovely cinema with excellent service. Can't wait to watch our next there too.
