Cinnabon

Went in and asked for mini pretzel dogs. Was told they were out so I got a regular pretzel. While we sat there mini pretzel dogs came out and I got up and asked for mini dogs and she still charged full price after lying to me.not to mention she was cleaning her ears with a pen and did not wash her hands all while standing at the register. This place sucks. Only reason I made the purchase was because the young man was wearing gloves when putting them in the cup. I do not recommend this location.

My wife and I were food poisoned from a cinnamon roll.

The staff at this Cinnabon location are some of the most caring Cinnabon staff I have ever come across. My friends and I are avid Cinnabon fans and the care and attention we received at this location was quite literally the best. Thank you Chloe, Jason, AJ, Don, and last but not least, the Queen Ayla.

Ordered Cinnamon rolls and drinks. Got the caramel iced coffee. I've had the same thing at Universal Studios Orlando, and it was awesome, so I thought it would be the same here. I was wrong. It has no sugar in it, and they put ice in it, so it's incredibly difficult to melt sugar in iced coffee it has to be melted before. I asked them if they could either add liquid sugar or make it so the sugar melts before they add the ice, and they refused to and then refused to refund my money. The place just opened, and they aren't getting off on a very good start. It's a shame because there aren't very many cinnabons near me other than in Orlando... Maybe there is one in Daytona. I don't understand why my money couldn't be refunded for the drink as I had not even left the store yet. Took one sip and tasted it was nasty unsweetened coffee and handed it back. Either way it kinda ruined my evening, and as a result, I didn't enjoy my cinnamon roll.

The Cinnabons were delicious and we really enjoyed be greeted by Stanley the owners dog. Very friendly staff and atmosphere.

Good Cinnabons but during busy times in St Augustine especially around holidays like Christmas and new year’s this place is very cramped so you don’t have any room to move around. Prices are a bit high depending on what you get but to get a Cinnabon in the city this is where to get one.

Always delicious! This location is attached to a cute little patio bar that often has live music. Definitely recommend!
