The buns are hot and wonderful, the staff is fast and friendly.

Worst service ever! Ordered from Grub Hub and they didn't have a confirm button and refused to give me my order! They're THE WORST!

Slow service. One person on register, one baking, other 4 people just standing around laughing, talking loud. Was a turn off.

I love this place. Everything tastes so good, and the employees are friendly and happy.

Check your order before you walk away from the counter. I ordered and paid for two, but only had one in the bag when I arrived home.

They make your rolls with no care at all they drench them with caramel and cinnamon making it difficult to eat, ghetto, rude, they take forever

My fave CLASSIC ROLLS!! RHIS TOME THEY WERE DRY IG THEY SAT UNDER THE LANP FOR EVER BUT STILL GREAT WITH SOME MILK 😂

Service was too a crawl, workers there had like no haste or urgency what soo ever. We attempted to order a pack of four, was told not available to then order a pack of six. I also ordered 2 large mixed raspberry lemonades slushie and had to wait literally 20 minutes for them after they then said it’s that what I ordered. The person at the register was not listening or had any urgency either. Will not be visiting anytime soon. Cinnabuns were tasty though.

So they don’t close for 45 mins, but they say they’re sold out of everything? Yea I don’t know about that. Sunday 8/6/23.

Update 9/7: Customer service is still terrible. Some of the employees are just gossiping and talking bad about other employees and I’m just trying to get a Cinnabon. Very unprofessional. I have been going to this Cinnabon for awhile now and had no problems. 8-6-2023 the lady told me she’s closing early almost an hour before they close. Then the second worker was telling everyone else who stepped in line that they were sold out when you could clearly see there was dough stocking in their fridge. They ended up cooking more Cinnabons for 15 minutes but still we’re not serving any. I drive almost 30 minutes to get a Cinnabon because the one near me closed and this was just a disappointment.
