My husband and I went to Cinergy to do an escape room tonight for my birthday and we were very disappointed, and frankly cheated. We pulled up to Cinergy at about 7:30 and were walking out at 8:30. Our ticket stubs say we purchased the tickets at 7:35, then we had to fill out waivers, have a rules talk, watch a couple videos, and then finally start. The entire process between buying the tickets and officially starting was at least 15-20 minutes. So… why was our “hour” up at 8:30 if we were only pulling into the parking lot at 7:30 and didn’t even buy the tickets until 7:35? We did notice our time said 17 minutes had passed when we knew it had only been MAYBE 5. It might not seem like a huge deal to lose those 15 minutes, but spending $40 to get cheated out of an experience is not ideal.

This place is okay for what it is. I thought I would skip the line and go straight to my seat since the app said I could order from my seat. It turns out the in-app ordering does not work. On the plus side, the seats lean all the way back, and there's a heating button, which makes things better. Tons of VR headset games but there is nothing nearby to clean the headpieces. The service at the concession stand was awesome and the line did move quickly

was expensive pretty cool tho had laser tag escape rooms plenty of games for adults an kids on average a game was 2.50 big game 4....the 3 drinks an 2 ticket to watch a movie with i jus one meal i beleieve came out to 56 had a blast very fun jus extremely expensive real quick 😀
