Cilantro and Jalapeno

Who puts wet slop on top of crisp nachos and expects it to travel well? It was cold soggy gloppy mess.

Place used to be a gem, but like everything else at the Quay it too has gone down the drain. Horrible customer service, especially the guy who works the til who seems more interested being on his phone than taking your order. 20 bucks for soggy, bland food. No flavour or flare anymore.

Arrived before 430 in a Friday, website and handmade sign on the cash register says open till 6pm. I can see people eating at the tables nearby. They can see me and my daughter looking over the menu while hanging back before we are ready. We approach and a rude sloppy unprofessional tells us " sorry kitchen is closed, ok guys ". Told that chooch to take that sign off, and he rips it off in angry manner. All the reviews about customer service are 100% correct. Real Sad.

They lack customer service, their salsa and guacamole is inconsistent and often very salty. Would not recommend.

I liked the chimichanga.

Great food BUT they’re soooooo rude. Laughably rude for no reason. It’s so awkward!
