Its the best place have been coming here for years service and food service is beyond expectations the best cicis in the DFW area truly stop by cicis is the best pizza place & betsy the manager who has been there for many years has always given great service if i could give more than 5 stars i would ! for such great service and quality

I walked in with my family and they didn’t allow us to stay unless we paid mind you we did not eat and were asked to leave we were simply there to accompany our family

The food was mediocre. The drink machine was out of ice and there were 4 people waiting, and had been waiting for some time before it was filled. We got up to get more pizza and noticed the manager giving a couple of the female employees in the back a tongue lashing at the top of his lungs where we could all hear him from the serving line. Not a very professional behavior. That attidude needs to be addressed! Employees need to be corrected, not demoralized!!

Maybe my taste buds have changed but I just think the food is bland not good tasting Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza

Cici's has obviously never been about fine dining, but you do get a decent pizza buffet at a solid price. This location has great staff and managers who are happy to make custom orders for people at the buffet. I haven't been to a whole lot of Cici's locations over the years, but this one has definitely been the friendliest I've been to so far. The food is three stars, but the value brings it to four.
