Awesome buffet location

10 out of 10 experience! I NEVER write reviews. However I would love to inform management on how amazing this location is. Customer service is on point! I have never been asked if there is any pizza that I would like on the line nor have I been asked if any of the food is not to my standard. Like what?? That is how you serve customers!! My family and I love Cici’s and visits the location closest to us but after visiting the Frisco location I cannot see myself going back to my home Cici’s. The quality of the food was superb. The lady with the glasses had the most amazing personality and recommended the tastiest pizza ever (Zesty Italian). Cici’s @Frisco keep being amazing! PS: I am writing this review after a LONG day of work and DAYS after my initial visit so you know I must have been impressed ♥️

This new pizza buffet adds variety to the local scene. While the pies may not be the town's best, the overall experience makes it a worthwhile visit. The atmosphere is inviting, and the selection of pizzas should satisfy diverse preferences.

Food was GREATTTT. All the pizza was hot & fresh. Staff was kind enough to ask which kind of pizzas we would like to see on the bar. So many kids around though, so if you don’t like loud places, this isn’t the place for you. Will be back soon!
