Cicis Pizza

The staff was very polite and respectful and I do give it to them they did keep the buffet full but the pizza was horrible, even when it was made fresh the pizza still seemed a little soggy….

In think it's a good value. The salad bar was fresh and had a fair amount of options. There was a pasta bar with a choice of sauces. A variety of pizzas and if they will make what you want if it's not already out at no extra charge. There is also a desert bar, the brownies exceeded my expectations. Vegetarian options: Pasta w vegetarian marinara sauce, salad, and pizza to your tastes. Kid-friendliness: There is a game section. Kids parties.

One of my favorite cicis I've been to. Always have food at the bar and the workers are nice. Glad to see cicis is still in business in some places!

Don't know what was going on. But when we arrived there neon sign was on that says "open" but a sign in the door saying "closed till 4" but employees where just sitting there inside, and we got there a 3:40 so we waited the 20 minutes. The clock hits 4 so we went to go in and another sign up saying "closed till 5:30" like wth?? All the time we see one family leaving the place. And when I tried to call no one answered. The second time I called they picked up and when I asked when they would allow people inside they hung up on me. If ur not gonna be open to the public then turn ur open sign off at least. And don't be rude about it when a WILLING customer is asking a question.

I asked three times and my son asked another for Zesty pepperoni. Each time they told the person making them and he REFUSED to make us one. That is the only reason we go. Will never go back.

We went about 2 hours before closing time. The pizza was cold, hard, and stiff. It was literally paper thin, and the texture of cardboard. There was no ranch, and we had to open the cabinet to get our own straws. The noodles were sitting in cold water, which made them soggy. The staff was overall okay, but they were not friendly at all. The drink fountain had no coke. It was almost pure water with no actual coke in it. The arcade was the only thing that made this place ok, but it cost 5$ for 25 credits. That is absolutely ridiculous. We were only able to play 3 games. We won nothing.
