Church's Texas Chicken

First time to Texas city in a long time. We decided on chicken. We pulled into the parking which was empty.. their was only one car there. We pulled into the drive thru and placed our order. The mam said it was a 15 minute wait on chicken, that they were extremely back up on orders. How, the parking lot was empty, so we cancel back out and as we leave there is 4 employees standing around doi g nothing

Ordered in drive thru had to wait a bit but when the food came out it was hot, fresh, and amazing. Will come back again.

The box of chicken I got was so nasty burnt dried. Where is the manager to see that the cooks are cooking good chicken. The location in Texas City was good before. That's y yall have a 2 star review by Google.

This place reminded me why I stopped eating there cold food I got a chicken wrap they couldn't even warm up the tortilla slows can be 20 minutes for one chicken wrap and the chicken was already pre-made

The service was terrible ordered a 3 piece tender combo for 8.49. The chicken is supposed to be crispy . It was not and the manager on duty Treveon was frustrated with explaining how the recipe was changed . No receipt was given and the food was not changed

Really I know the fellow that works there does this all day but my goodness, he doesn’t have to be as gruff. I’ve asked for salt, “ we don’t have salt” I asked for a spoon good thing I didn’t leave, I would have had to eat my mashed potatoes with my fingers. I got a drink that was 90% ice. The place has chairs stacked up on what used to be a table, the bathroom was nasty. Other than that the chicken was cooked but needed salt because it was so bland.

The manager was busy flirting with the staff and it took forever to get my order but they don't care. I'm never going there again

Place needs to be shut down everything from service to food is awful. Orders are always wrong and never have anything ready to go. Place was empty and no chicken ready, order was all wrong. Do not go here stay away!!!!!!!!!!
