Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill

My husband and I come to this location every Saturday to watch the hockey came to this location this past weekend and went to order the strawberry salad and the waitress didn't even let me finish talking and rudely said nope not available not sorry but this isn't available at this time my husband orders the bacon cheeseburger and asked for Mayo on the side and we got changed a dollar for it he likes putting it on his burger and used it to dip his fries in it it's like asking for ketchup and getting change why?? Never had a restaurant charge for Mayo We felt rushed and as soon as we were done the witness gave us our bill and didn't ask if there was anything we wanted just basically okay your done next please very disappointed in the service Our witness was Aditi

Jasmin was our server and she was so kind! Our food was great and came quickly, it's so affordable we had a great time would come again!

Had such a great time at Chuck's can't beat that price. Our wonderful server was Jasmine. We will be back!

Pretty standard corporate fair. Which isn't meant as a slight. I would hazard that you come any day and get the exact same service and meal without fail. It's reliable, we'll maintained and priced well enough for the product that there's little to complain about. It's also not high on the wow factor but I don't think that's what people come here for. I think the point of places like this is to provide consistency at a low risk to business minded folks looking for a place that will deliver so they can focus on clients. Missions success.

Been to Chucks many times and always a great experience. This location is horrible. Terrible customer service and food was horrible. Will never return to this location Update on review. As everyone can see the response to review is to email head office with details to reason for negative review. Sent email as requested and received no response from corporate office. Clearly they don't care about their customers like this location doesn't We will never go to another chucks again!!!! The positive reviews are clearly bogus. Edit. Just like another review commented they ask you to email head office and they never respond. Stay away from this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great night out - food was good and the service from Jayhdah was fantastic. She was very attentive and ensured our steaks were made to perfection. Thank you.

I always bring the family for dinner and Chuck’s Roadhouse (Dundas/Dixie) was an amazing experience with Sarah’s exceptional service! Surely to recommend to my business partners
