Took our grandkids to Chuck E Cheese for the first time a few days ago, since we had never been there before, we had some questions regarding the menu, the girl behind the counter, Shaylee couldn't answer any of our questions, including how the points and minutes work. Maybe she would hear us better if she didn't have earbuds in her ears listening to music? ALL the employees that I saw had earbuds in. Is this a job or a hobby? I didn't come here with high expectations considering its a business that caters to children, but.... for instance, the website lists some different types of "specialty" pizzas that looked good, but there was nothing on the store menu, her only comment was, if they are on the online menu, they must have them? Ill self educate myself beforehand if I decide to come back again. The pizza was pretty good, that was one positive.
Had a fun, and great time at a Birthday party for Lee's grandson..
Our first time. Our 4 year old birthday, and he loved it.
The manager is amazing! Kid-friendliness: Really good service
took over an hour to get our pizza. overall we had a good time
Kinda spendy but a fun place to enjoy family time together
Great job management!!! I messed up and bought $300 worth of points. They were unable to refund since it was purchased at the kiosk, so the manager gave us $150 food voucher!
