Was told that my son could not have the toy he chose because the manager did not want to have to fix the display later. If you do not have it, it should not be on display period. I will not be returning to this location if they care more about doing less work than making kids experiences enjoyable.

We had a great experience today. Our food was prepared deliciously and the staff were all attentive, kind and helpful. Chuck E was so fun he engaged so well with all the kids. This was the best Chick E cheese I’ve been to. Kids had so much fun! Thanks again!

HIGHLY recommend you book your next kids' party at this newly renovated location! Desi was our Host and she was incredible. She was so sweet and helpful. Her customer service was amazing. I ran into one unfavorable situation, but she and her manager fixed it in seconds. My son and all of his friends had so much fun the entire time. The game play, food, and cake was all timed out perfectly. We will definately be back. Thanks again, Desi!

Don't like this new credit points stuff...it takes away from actually knowing u won by tickets spitting out your winnings..keep it ol skool!!

I was honestly expecting to give them 1 star but it was better than anticipated. Their pizza is blah and always has been, but the games worked, the service was pretty good, and for what it was, not bad...
