I was a little skeptical at attending a party here for my granddaughter, but i was surprised in the BEST way. It was clean, efficient, safe and the staff was top tier. The set up with the wristbands instead of the old system of tokens and physical tickets makes all the difference. The games were fantastic for the kids, the screen and floor displays added another level and even the food was good. The standout of the day was the party person assigned to us, her name was Lily and she made our visit phenomenal. She went above and beyond, she handled the timing, explained everything to us and ensured that our event ran smoothly from start to finish. We had an wonderful day and now that we know Chuckie Cheese is fantastic we will be bringing the kids back for regular play on weekends. Cost wise its much better than many of the other play place options and we felt much safer here than other places due to the entry/exit set up. Price wise for parties and for regular play, you cant beat it. For anyone who is hesitant thinking that its the old, tired version we affiliated with the 2000s, think again. This is the best of the old school but with a totally fresh, clean and better Chuck E Cheese. Dietary restrictions: There is an expanded menu now with many options for those who have allergies or dietary restrictions. Theres so much more than just pizza, even multiple dessert options, a complete salad bar, different entree options too. Parking: Large parking lot with parking on all sides, easy to get in and out of the area. Kid-friendliness: Every single staff member went above and beyond!

Went for a party my son was invited to. The food was actually really good. The staff was very friendly and kept on top of spills, food and making sure things were good. Been years since I have gone and no tickets but you get cards that get loaded with e-tickets and much easier. Kid still gets to pick out the trinkets they want so he is happy. The place is amazing for kids to play in any season or age. Birthday parties are also a hit amongst the kids and the arcade is a good mix of games for both young and little older kids and sometimes adults too.

Great for kids under 7. Game prices were okay It was a fun time and easy playing games for under 7 years of age. I wish there were more games for pre-teens. I like that there were instructions on the game.
