Poor customer service alot of young kids working with no manners. Food 2 hours behind, several kids games out of order.

Fun for the kids, but thats about all I can say. Security guards at the facility, little unnerving that this is necessary, but I guess it's Memphis!

The prices are too high to throw a decent kids party. Will have her next one at the house. The prizes are not even worth spending your money on the games

Too crowded and I tried asking for forks and none of the employees wanted to help me they tried so hard to ignore me and some of them weren't even busy
