Food is good at this place

UPDATE: 3/1/2024-It seems like this place is under new ownership and I am so sad because the food now is TERRIBLE! This used to be my FAVORITE PLACE esp their chicken dumplings which now taste so bad! I miss the old owners. I can no longer eat here..$22.17 in the garbage Their food is EXCELLENT! Small place so takeout is best. Nice kind people work here and go above and beyond to satisfy you. I highly recommend!

This place used to be my favorite spot in coney, they recently changed management and you can tell. The food portions are smaller and they don't taste the same. I am so disappointed with the recent change. please bring back the old chefs. The egg rolls are smaller and my old favorites the chicken dumplings do not taste the same, they are also smaller and mine where overcooked. Very disappointed in the "new" Chow time.

You remember how Chinese food tasted in the 80s & 90s that's the way they food taste.

Super friendly staff. Food was GREAT and they fill it up as much as they can. I ordered rice broccoli and chicken and a honey dew milkshake. It was great total was 17 bucks. Only bad thing is they don't have too much space for inside eating
