The Chocolate Maven is owned by husband and wife team, executive chefs Dharm Andrew Segal and Cassie Ramos who began baking in their home garage, and have developed the establishment, services and menu for the past 27 years. We believe that the mood and positive vibe of an establishment makes its food taste better. We celebrate natural ingredients and old fashioned artisan baking in an atmosphere of charm, delight and integrity. Many of our bakers have been with us for over 20 years, and they are the best at what they do. Our company culture is one of goodwill, good food and the togetherness that food encourages. We are blessed with a profound team of talent, many of who us have been with the company for decades.
