At 130 pm u walk in they r out of basic ingredients such as rice beans n instead of apology being told there’s nothing can be done is abysmal of customer service if u can’t have right ingredients shut it down your prices have been up for long time could have gotten better service at Taco Bell than over here n be mindful of portion sizes feel they do serve u based on ur race for sure which is so unwelcoming what a waste of money n time avoid it

Amazing team, everyone moves with purpose, food is almost always in stock with most team members having a positive attitude. Even when it’s super stressful. Vegetarian options: Veggie and sofritas (tofu)
it was a bad experience from the beginning to the end. Saturday 1 pm a huge line and just 3 employees. The post a piece of paper at the entrance apologizing because they had to close lobby due to lack of staff. It took me 17’ to get my food just to have the cashier screaming to a kid who wanted to open the door for a teammate who was going to eat with him. The lady at the cashier super rude and with no tolerance to anything, kind of a crazy and hysterical lady frustrated with no experience in customer service. Very rude and a disrespectful and I just didn’t say anything because she was old but she needs a training in customer service. Food was not good as the tomatoes was super acid and cover the whole bowl with that strong vinegar flavor .
