Chipotle Mexican Grill

I recently visited, to pick up a kids meal and a side of meat. Throughout my order, the staff gave dirty looks.. assuming the kids meal was for me. Even if it was for me, I don’t think I should have paid $13 for a kids meal. I asked for extra meat and they charged double.. which was $7 EXTRA. I asked if I could get lettuce instead of rice and they told me it would cost extra.. never experienced that before. Judging from the reviews, management could not care less… just steer clear and go to the one on Lake Worth.

Went in to have nice lunch, was told I had to order online to get food. I left.

They were speeding through everybody's order. Clearly they don't care it was sloppy. Very evident that they don't care. There was no line and no reason for it.

Places mobile order went about 30 minutes later since I know they are normally busy still had to wait another 15 even once I was in the store and then had to try to track down an employee to see what was going on with my order .... they were extremely rude wouldn't come back to this location

Ordered tacos andca burrito online, nothing v special, practically meat, beans, cheese & sour cream. No sour cream on tacos, very little meat on food, I've ordered in person, great amount of food,

They are way too fast to the point I can’t even speak because they want me to speak fast. Extremely small portion and they get mad when I say more!! Really bad!!!

If I could give them a zero, I would. a 1 star is still too high. There was a bunch of people behind the counter, just standing around, doing nothing but looking at each other. The first person who tried to help me barely spoke English and I could not understand her... I had to repeat myself 3 times that I wanted 2 bowls not just one, the guy next to her then started to help and put hardly any meat in my bowl (he put barely a half a scoop - like 4-5 small pieces) and when I asked him to put more, an extremely RUDE coworker (just standing at the cashier talking to the cashier) tells out to him and says not to do that, so when I explained that he hardly put any meat in my bowl she waved her ignorant finger at me and said, I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to him, so when I said it again, she again said"I'm not talking to you, I'm telling him what to do" and she continued to tell him he can't do it without even seeing how little meat he put... so I left. The staff were so unprofessional, so rude and for the amount of money that their bowls cost, I'm not going to pay for rude service and half an order. THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT. I do not recommend this location. Management needs to invest more in employee customer service training. That girl does not belong in the service industry.
