The worst chipotle ever. Food taste old, always out of food. Employees look miserable. I come back once in a while hoping it will change because its near the gym but it gets worse and worse.
Vegetable bowl: food preparer could not answer questions about ingredient options (What comes with the vegetable bowl? Are the sofritas spicy?). Food was cold right away at the table, despite them serving it up with the aluminum topper (did not ask if for here or to go, just assumed it was to go?). 4:30 in the afternoon, was no one using a food thermometer or stirring the food on the warmers? Noise (music?) was hard to avoid in such small space. Tables were dirty. Disinfectant hand gel dispenser at door was empty. $20 for 2 veggie bowls, no guac, no chips, no drinks, for this?
Good food, staff has always been respectful, but small portions of meat
It was around 8:30pm and once I entered the building, the employees just kept staring at us and didn't greet us. Which is fine, but they spoke in such a monotone voice. They kept hurrying us up when ordering and the young ladies couldn't even wrap the burrito right. The lady at the register just mentioned the price and didn't say a word right after. I'm never annoyed by interactions like this but you can tell that these employees just wanted to kick us out, and it wasn't even close to closing time (10pm). Someone should teach that young group a better attitude because I also work in the food industry and no matter how bad my day is going, it's not the guests fault.
