I’m being generous honestly, but the bowl wasn’t terrible. Just wish that 5 out of the 6 employees didn’t actually hate their career choice. Chipotle really needs to do a company wide shut down for retraining. No smiles. No greets. Body language is so aggressive I didn’t even want to ask for corn! At the end of the day…. It’s exactly as every other chipotle I have stepped foot in the last year and a half.
This one is much better than the one down the street. At least for now.
Don’t order here… Trust reviews Ordered a mobile order. Went to pick it up. Didn’t check it till I got home, my fault. Drove back up there. Got a new bowl. I explain to the cashier or assumably the manager, that they had messed up my first bowl. I picked up five minutes previous, and that I wanted to get a replacement. This goatee having *** got an attitude with me. Spoke to me in the rudest tone. Then grabbed my food, smacked it in a paper bag and threw it on the counter with not another word said. Silence. Absolutely ridiculous. No sympathy for a customer going out of their way because of a messed up. No professionalism, or accountability in that man. Sad he’s representing a good company. The worst Chipotle I’ve ever given my money and time too, drive the 2 miles to another one.
Ate this for lunch and got food poisoning from them by the early evening. Did not eat anything else the whole day. Someone should inspect their kitchen to make sure they are following health guidelines.

EXCELLENT service! Great food.
Always an average to below average experience when ordering online. This time ordered a salad with extra protein. My bowl had about 4 shreds of lettuce and small scoop of chicken. Very disappointing.
