Chipotle Mexican Grill

I never know why I come back to any Chipolte, especially this one. They never have the dressing and it just does not make sense.

Worst place ever. They ran out of everything that I ordered in my bowl and still got charged for it.

The only words spoken to my by the employee taking my order were "$23.17" (this wasn't even my total because I did not get the opportunity to order drinks or chips before this) and then "go ahead" (referring to inserting my card) after I asked for chips and drinks

Terrible! Absolutely shocked at how bad this location was. There was only person making and ringing food up. All other employees were visibly on their phones. While I was ordering, the employee wouldn’t talk to me. He looked around the whole time and seemed annoyed to be alive. There was no pico and no lettuce. The employee didn’t even seemed phased that they ran out with still 3 hours left of being open. Then I saw chips and asked for chips…. That’s when I lost it. I was told that I couldn’t get any because those were for online orders only. The GM needs to step in and actually be present. If I could give zero stars I would.

Vegetarian options: This place useless. I visit this place to get Veg Bowl - but they are always out if Vegetables !!! What is the point in keeping this option on menu. When we complain, employees says "we did not get vegetables ". Come on, if we get everything that you need why not you ? Besides, staff is rough and unpleasant. Instead of giving options, they say go ahead and complain, we don't care. Who cares for this store ?

Went in to get a quesadilla. Was told it’s an online exclusive and I can only order it online. That is just dumb. We put a man in the moon but Chipotle can’t sell a Quesadilla in person.

If I could give zero stars I would , everything is disgusting! Everybody acts like they don’t want to work and everything is done very sloppy . Please get a new staff ASAP
